How do I get to the resort by car?
If you are coming from Prague, take the D1 highway towards Brno. Take the Benešov exit and then the Neveklov exit. Continue towards Slapy. Turn right after you pass Neveklov towards Nová Živohošť. Then go straight on up to Nová Živohošť past a parking space. After you get through the barrier, turn left. To gain access you might need your booking confirmation, please have it with you.

How do I get to the resort by public transport?
Take a train to Benešov, then change to the one going to Křečovice, Nová Živohošť. Then walk from the train station. In the main season (July-August) there is a bus from Benešov to the square at Nová Živohošť.
Can I park at the resort?
Yes, our guests can use private parking space in front of the resort or right inside the compound depending on the type of accommodation booked.
Economy Bungalow: free parking for one car at the parking space in front of the resort.
Standard Bungalow: free parking for one car inside the compound.
Superior Bungalow: free parking for one car inside the compound.
Apartment: free parking for one car inside the compound.
Room in a Villa: free parking for one car inside the compound.
Room in a Villa with a kitchenette: free parking for one car inside the compound.
Extra parking space inside the compound can be booked for CZK 80 per day.
What is the capacity of the resort?
There are 46 bungalows with 177 beds. We also offer accommodation for bigger groups or booking of team building events.
Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
The resort is flat and there is a paved path running through the entire compound. The access to water has a grass surface and there are two to three steps to get inside the bungalows. Only the apartments are wheelchair accessible.
Can I stay with my pet?
Yes, dogs are welcome. The pet fee is CZK 150/day and you can take them inside the resort as well as to the private beach. Please just make sure you keep your dog on a lead. There are usually many children in the resort and some might be afraid of big dogs. This is why we do our best to respect one another. We want everybody to feel welcome here and come back to spend their holidays here.
Is the resort beach private?
Yes, the beach is private and available only for the guests of Nová Živohošť Beach Resort.
Are the beach chairs available?
Yes, they are. However, we strongly recommend taking your own beach towel or mat. The beach is big enough for everyone to feel comfortable.
Which activities are on offer?
Our guests can choose from a wide range of free activities. The full list is available here.
Is there a restaurant in the resort?
Yes, there is a private Terasa Restaurant. Breakfast is served there every morning and during the day you can have lunch, something sweet or a pint of beer there.
Is smoking allowed in the resort?
Yes, but only in the outside areas. Smoking is forbidden inside the buildings and in the bungalows.
Can we have a barbecue in the resort?
Yes, there are two open fire places and one summerhouse with a garden grill in the compound. If you like to book it, please contact our reception desk.
Can I book the premises for a team building event or a party?
Yes, the Beach Resort is a perfect place for business or private events for both smaller and larger groups. We will be happy to organise your birthday party, wedding or a team building event. More information is available at the team building event page.
